Challenge Series – Sponsor Integration
KOJO and the Adelaide Strikers have a long-standing relationship, working closely to deliver one of the most admired event presentations in the Big Bash League.
As part of our work with the Strikers for BBL|07, KOJO teamed up with major sponsors of the Strikers – Vodafone, to deliver a 4 part series featuring a the WBBL and BBL Adelaide Strikers players.
Utilising player filming day, KOJO directed and facilitated the two teams of players playing non-traditional games in a competitive atmosphere. The games were hosted by Strikers’ MC’s Jarrod and Amelia, who each captained a team and added plenty of laughs to the series.
The game equipment was Vodafone branded to allow maximum brand placement for the sponsor and each video was top and tailed with branding.
The videos were split up and were aired at each BBL home game, so fans were enticed to come back and watch the next episode.
The series provided a fresh way for sponsors to engage with the Strikers brand and allowed fans a special insight into the team that they may not normally be able to see from traditional sponsor advertisements.
