Event Producer

KOJO is looking to engage a Sydney based Events Producer for a 12month contract.

About you

What will you be doing each day?

  • Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that our client’s needs are heard, understood and addressed in a timely manner
  • Build budgets and control the revenue to ensure a favourable gross profit
  • Generate ideas for clients, staying in-tune with the latest trends
  • Participate in the development of integrated solutions that leverage KOJO’s offerings.

What you will need

  • Five (5) + years experience in events
  • Thrive in fast-paced and changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills including an ability to negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • You can write a show cue sheet and call a show
  • Proven ability to manage large, multi-faceted events.

Senior Creative

KOJO are looking for a strong integrated senior creative who’s willing to get hands-on and apply creative thinking in a broad and multi-disciplined creative services business.

We’re not an advertising or digital agency – we tell incredible stories and deliver memorable experience for brands across any platform and environment.

Your workload and focus will seamlessly transition from digital content, platforms and campaigns through to visual presentations for pitches & events, stopping along the way to dabble in print, interactive & motion design (if you have this experience).

Position

Freelance VFX Artists

KOJO has an exciting and busy year ahead, especially for our VFX and Post Production department. That’s where you could come into the picture! We are currently looking out for a fresh crew of Freelancers to help us deliver on some outstanding Australian feature films and TVCs.

ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a diverse group of talented Freelancers who are passionate about all things VFX to assist the Post Production team on some current and upcoming projects. If you have a skill set worth shouting about and is centered around the following roles, then we would love to hear from you:

  • Model / Texture Artist
  • Motion Graphics Artist
  • FX TD (Maya, Houdini)
  • Matte painter / Environment Artist
  • 3D Generalist (Maya, Houdini, Nuke)
  • Compositors (Nuke)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL

  • Be available from early April
  • Be proficient in Maya / Houdini / After Effects / Nuke / Photoshop
  • Have strong experience working within a CG pipeline
  • Has minimum 4 years production experience in the commercial/film industry
  • Ensure consistent quality outputs throughout all assets and shots
  • Be able to work closely with a small team
  • Have a proactive and problem solving attitude
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritise and work to deadlines

Developer

KOJO are currently looking for a passionate and creative Developer to join their team. If you get a kick out of learning new technologies and finding new ways to utilise what you already know, you’re the kind of person we want to meet.

A background coding HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a must, with exposure to PHP and some hands on experience customising WordPress an added bonus. If you’re a technical problem solver who plays well with others, this is a great opportunity for you to be part of an inspiring team that doesn’t settle for simply getting a job done.

But it’s not all about what you can do for us – at KOJO we are always looking for ways to help encourage our developers to grow and learn. We provide our staff with access to online training resources and opportunities to attend industry conferences and events, and encourage the opportunity to play with new gadgets and tech whenever possible.
