One of Australia’s leading logistics companies approached KOJO for a range of solutions to help reinforce their corporate position as a rapidly growing shipping container innovator.
SCF were seeking to provide a consistent brand experience to a diverse B2B and B2C audiences. KOJO got on board to produce multiple digital assets that would make it easier for customers to do business with SCF.
Merging two different websites into one, KOJO designed and built a fully responsive site offering users with the ability to search and browse products, transact using a user-friendly eCommerce portal, as well as manage orders with a loyalty membership account management system all from their mobile or tablet.
With the aim to capture new lead data, the new website has been built to integrate seamlessly with SCF’s custom CRM and stock tracking system, making it simple for all SCF staff to manage the entire customer life cycle.
Understanding the importance of content in telling a brand’s story online, SCF engaged KOJO’s national creative teams to direct and produce a corporate video and a suite of new product photography. This equiped SCF with a library of branded content assets that can be repurposed across online, social media and marketing communications.
